Je recouvre un panache de Caribou de feuille de cuivre. Ça fait étrangement kitch, encore plus comme un trophée.

I am copper leafing a Caribou antler. It makes it strangely kitschy, strangely even more trophy like.





De retour à l'objet. Je n'avais pas sérieusement fait de sculpture depuis le BAC.
J'ai besoin de m'ancrer dans le réel, le matériel. Le rejet du 'matériel' est ridicule. l'air que je respire est matériel. L'eau que je bois aussi.

I am back to the object. I didn't make 'serious' sculptures since my undergrad. I feel a ned to ancre myself into the real, the material. The rejection of materiality is ridiculous. The air that I breath is material, as well as the water that I drink.
